After You Register

  • Registered Events – The event appears in this list on your account.
  • My Orders – An invoice for the event registration fee is added here.
  • Notifications – A message confirming the registration is sent here.

Complete Payment

Payment for event registration is completed through events.vex.com. After registering, open the invoice under My Orders in your VEX Events account to pay the registration fee. For accepted payment options, see Payment Methods.

Teams are not automatically removed or waitlisted for missing the payment deadline. If a team does not complete payment by the event's payment deadline, the Event Partner or Program Support Manager may choose to move the team to the waitlist, at their discretion.

Note: Be sure to review the Event Partner's payment and refund policies and contact them with any questions.
