Purchase Order (PO) – Net 30

Schools and organizations that purchase through a Purchase Order may select PO – Net 30 during checkout. A Purchase Order reserves the team registration while payment is processed through the organization's purchasing department. Once your Purchase Order has been reviewed and processed, your registration is marked as PO Received, allowing your team to register for official events.

The Pay Later option allows organizations to complete checkout while delaying payment until a later date. For team registrations, selecting Pay Later reserves the team registration but does not mark it as paid, so teams cannot register for official events until payment has been received and processed. Complete payment according to the instructions and deadlines provided during checkout.

Hold Registration

The Hold Registration option temporarily reserves your team number while payment arrangements are completed. It is commonly used when an organization is waiting on Purchase Order approval, school funding, grant funding, or internal purchasing approval. Hold Registration reserves your team number only; it does not mark your registration as paid and does not allow your team to register for official events. Teams become eligible to register for official events only after payment has been received or an approved payment method has been processed.
