This article explains how to swap an event registration from one team to another on events.vex.com, replacing a registered team with a different team for the same event. It is written for coaches, Event Partners, Organization Administrators, and Program Support Team.

Before swapping a registration, review Team Registration Swap Rules and Eligibility to confirm the swap follows the guidelines and does not require additional approval.
Log In
On events.vex.com select Login in the top-right of the page.
Enter your login credentials and select Login.
Open My Account
Select My Account from the navigation menu.
Find the Event
Under Registered Events, find the event with the registration you want to swap.
Swap Teams
Find the team whose registration you want to swap, and select Swap next to the team number.
Choose the Replacement Team
Select the team you want to have registered for the event.
Select Swap Teams
Select Swap Teams.
After Submission
After the event registration swap has been submitted:
- The previously registered team is no longer registered for the event.
- The swapped team appears under the event's registrations.
Best Practices
- Review the event's registrations before swapping.
- Confirm you are swapping the registration for the correct event and to the correct team before selecting Swap Teams.
